Pivotal is the web based successor to CMS and is currently being developed. Pivotal includes the following functionality:

• Claims information (mostly ‘read only’ - primarily for client use.)
• Claims management quality control
• Occupational health management
• Electronic document management
• Client reports
• Provider portal for viewing invoices and payments
