Claims Management System (CMS)
Catalyst Risk Management Ltd’s (Catalyst) claim management system (CMS) is an in-house database designed to support the processing of claims and entitlements for workplace accidents and the case management function. Our client’s human resource staff and senior management are able to obtain ‘real-time’ injury management information from CMS.
It is a proprietary system owned by Catalyst and has been developed over fifteen years specifically for the accredited employer environment. It is recognised in the industry as one of the most sophisticated claims management systems outside ACC’s EOS system. CMS is compliant with ACC’s audit requirements to tertiary level.
CMS is not only used by Catalyst staff to provide TPA services, it is also used by accredited employers who elect to manage their own workplace accidents.
